Return & Exchange<\/h1>\r\n\r\n

\r\n This policy governs wholesale purchases made directly through BEYONDER and explains the requirements for order amendments, shipment inspection, returns, exchanges, and product-related claims.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Confirmed Orders<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n A wholesale order becomes confirmed after BEYONDER has received and verified payment equal to 100% of the total order value. Manufacturing will begin only after payment verification has been completed.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Cancellations & Amendments<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Confirmed wholesale orders are non-cancellable. Requests to revise a product, size, color, or quantity must be submitted within 24 hours of payment and remain subject to approval based on the current production status.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Shipment Inspection<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Wholesalers must inspect all delivered goods as soon as the shipment is received. Product styles, SKUs, quantities, colors, and sizes should be checked carefully against the final confirmed order.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Claim Submission Period<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Missing products, incorrect items, quantity discrepancies, or visible manufacturing issues must be reported to BEYONDER within 24 hours of successful delivery. Requests received after this timeframe may no longer qualify for assessment.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Eligible Product Claims<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n BEYONDER may review a claim when an order contains an incorrect product or SKU, an incorrect quantity, or a verified defect directly attributable to BEYONDER\u2019s manufacturing process.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Items Not Eligible<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Returns and exchanges are not available when the delivered products, sizes, colors, quantities, and measurements match the confirmed order. BEYONDER cannot accept responsibility for incorrect sizing decisions made by a wholesaler or the wholesaler\u2019s customer.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Customized Items<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Products manufactured with approved custom modifications are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless BEYONDER verifies a production defect or confirms that the finished item materially differs from the agreed customization specifications.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Transit Damage<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n A product is considered defective under this policy only when the issue originates from BEYONDER\u2019s production process. Damage caused during international freight or local transportation will be assessed separately with the wholesaler and the relevant logistics provider.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Return Approval<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n No product should be shipped back without prior written authorization from BEYONDER. Any approved return must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all labels, tags, and packaging preserved.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Return Shipping<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n When BEYONDER confirms a manufacturing defect and specifically requests the product to be returned to Vietnam, BEYONDER will cover the approved return transportation cost. Unauthorized returns or returns unrelated to a verified manufacturing defect remain the wholesaler\u2019s responsibility.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Available Resolution<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n After the reported item has been reviewed and the claim approved, BEYONDER may repair the product, replace the affected item, or provide another solution mutually accepted by both parties. The appropriate remedy will depend on the confirmed nature and severity of the issue.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Final Assessment<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Every return, exchange, or product claim requires verification and written approval from BEYONDER. Requests that do not satisfy the requirements stated in this policy may be declined.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n
