These terms define BEYONDER’s wholesale requirements covering minimum purchasing commitments, volume discounts, payment, production, customization, delivery, retail standards, and the responsibilities of approved wholesale partners.
During the first month of a wholesale partnership, the wholesaler is required to place confirmed orders with a combined minimum value of 100,000,000 VND.
Beginning from the second month, an active wholesale account must maintain a minimum confirmed purchasing value of 70,000,000 VND per calendar month.
Monthly purchasing value is determined using wholesale orders that have been successfully confirmed and fully paid within the corresponding calendar month.
When the required minimum purchasing level is not reached, BEYONDER may reassess the wholesaler’s eligibility, discount level, and commercial conditions for the following month.
Wholesale discount levels are determined by the total value of confirmed orders accumulated during each calendar month.

During the first month of cooperation, orders are initially paid at the local retail price. Once the wholesaler reaches a qualifying monthly volume tier, the corresponding discount may be reimbursed or applied as credit toward a subsequent purchase.
From the following month onward, the agreed wholesale discount may be applied directly to individual orders according to the wholesaler’s approved tier and recent purchasing performance.
A monthly order value of 70,000,000 VND is required to maintain wholesale eligibility. Published volume-based discounts begin once confirmed monthly purchases reach 100,000,000 VND, unless BEYONDER has agreed to different conditions in writing.
A wholesale purchase is considered formally confirmed only after BEYONDER has received payment equal to 100% of the total approved order value.
Manufacturing will not begin until the full payment has been received and successfully verified by BEYONDER.
Official bank details and payment instructions will be communicated through the invoice or written order confirmation issued by BEYONDER.
Payments processed through PayPal are subject to an additional 10% processing surcharge.
Bank fees, foreign-exchange charges, intermediary banking costs, and other transaction-related expenses imposed by financial institutions are the responsibility of the wholesaler.
Once confirmed, wholesale orders are non-cancellable. Any request to modify an approved order will be handled according to BEYONDER’s Wholesale Return & Exchange Policy.
Production lead time depends on several factors, including the selected product, order quantity, construction complexity, material availability, and BEYONDER’s current manufacturing capacity.
An estimated production period will be stated in the relevant product information, quotation, or final order confirmation.
The production period begins on the date BEYONDER receives and verifies full payment for the applicable order.
Production estimates do not include Sundays or official public holidays observed in Vietnam.
Wholesalers should account for order processing, manufacturing, and international delivery time when planning product launches or communicating expected availability to their own customers.
BEYONDER will make reasonable efforts to complete production within the confirmed schedule. Should an unexpected delay occur, the wholesaler will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
BEYONDER generally discourages modifications that could significantly change the intended silhouette, construction, proportions, structure, or design character of an original product.
Reasonable customization requests must be submitted before the wholesale order is approved and are subject to technical review and written confirmation from BEYONDER.
Customized products may involve additional charges, minimum quantities, specific material conditions, or longer production schedules.
The manufacturing period for every approved customization order must be separately confirmed and agreed upon by both parties.
Customized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless BEYONDER verifies a manufacturing defect or confirms that the delivered product materially differs from the approved customization specifications.
BEYONDER covers the cost of transporting completed wholesale orders from its warehouse to the agreed shipping carrier within Vietnam.
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, all transportation costs from Vietnam to the final destination country are payable by the wholesaler.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs brokerage, destination fees, local transportation expenses, and other charges imposed outside Vietnam remain the responsibility of the wholesaler.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. BEYONDER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, destination-country regulations, courier interruptions, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Before dispatch, the wholesaler is responsible for supplying complete and accurate recipient details, delivery information, and contact information.
Any claim concerning missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective products must be submitted according to BEYONDER’s Wholesale Return & Exchange Policy.
To protect consistent brand positioning and fair competition between wholesale partners, BEYONDER products must not be publicly advertised or sold below the global retail price specified in the official price list.
Discounts, promotional campaigns, markdown events, product bundles, or special pricing involving BEYONDER products require prior written authorization from BEYONDER.
Deliberate undercutting of the approved retail price may result in the suspension of wholesale privileges or termination of the commercial relationship.
Wholesalers may not remove, conceal, replace, modify, reproduce, or otherwise interfere with BEYONDER labels, product tags, packaging components, logos, or other brand identifiers supplied with the merchandise.
BEYONDER products may not be copied, reverse-engineered, reproduced, materially modified, or used as references for unauthorized manufacturing.
All designs, photographs, video materials, graphics, logos, written content, and other brand assets remain the intellectual property of BEYONDER and may not be commercially reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
Any unauthorized use or infringement may lead to immediate termination of the wholesale relationship and liability for losses or damages suffered by BEYONDER.
By approving and paying for a wholesale purchase, the wholesaler confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and accepted the Wholesale Terms & Policies stated on this page.
BEYONDER may revise these terms when reasonably required. The version applicable to an order will be the version supplied or published at the time that order is formally confirmed.
These wholesale terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
Any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith discussions between the parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam.
