Contact BEYONDER’s wholesale team with the items you wish to purchase. Please provide the product name or SKU, selected color, size, required quantity, and any relevant notes or special requirements.
Before approving the order, wholesalers should review all product information carefully, including style, color, sizing, measurements, quantities, pricing, and the estimated production schedule.
BEYONDER will review availability and prepare an official quotation summarizing the requested products, applicable wholesale prices, expected production period, and available shipping information.
Please review the quotation and confirm that every detail is correct before approval. Processing will begin only after the wholesaler has accepted the final specifications and commercial terms.
Full payment equal to 100% of the confirmed order value is required before production can begin. Official payment instructions and banking information will be provided through BEYONDER’s invoice or order confirmation.
Once payment has been completed, please send the corresponding receipt or transaction confirmation to BEYONDER. An order is officially confirmed only after the funds have been received and successfully verified.
Production begins after full payment has been confirmed. Lead times may vary between products and will be specified in the quotation, product information, or final order confirmation.
Any requested modification must be submitted before final order approval. BEYONDER will assess whether the proposed adjustment is technically appropriate and may decline alterations that compromise the intended silhouette, construction, or design of the product.
Approved modifications may involve additional charges, minimum order quantities, specific material requirements, or extended production time. All final specifications and timelines must be confirmed in writing before manufacturing begins.
When the order is complete, BEYONDER will provide the final package information and arrange transportation to the designated shipping carrier within Vietnam.
BEYONDER covers transportation from its warehouse to the agreed shipping carrier within Vietnam. Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, international freight, customs duties, import taxes, destination charges, and local delivery expenses remain the responsibility of the wholesaler.
The shipment should be inspected immediately after delivery. Please compare the received quantity, product styles, SKUs, colors, and sizes with the details stated in the confirmed order.
Missing items, incorrect products, quantity discrepancies, or visible defects must be reported to BEYONDER within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Eligible cases will be assessed under BEYONDER’s Wholesale Return & Exchange Policy.
By approving and paying for a wholesale order, the wholesaler confirms that they have reviewed and accepted BEYONDER’s Wholesale Terms & Policies together with its Wholesale Return & Exchange Policy.
